Lieber Gast, wir freuen uns, dass Sie diese Unterkunft buchen möchten. Bitte lesen Sie sich die nachfolgenden Bedingungen genau durch - sie werden Inhalt des zwischen dem Vermieter und Ihnen zustande kommenden Beherbergungsvertrages. Dieses Objekt wird Ihnen vom FeWo-Channelmanager.de angeboten, der lediglich als Vermittler der Unterkunft sowie eventueller weiterer Leistungen auftritt und in Vollmacht des Vermieters handelt. Eine vertragliche Beziehung entsteht direkt zwischen dem Vermieter und Ihnen.
1) Vertragsschluss
Der Beherbergungsvertrag kommt durch Übermittlung der Buchungsbestätigung zustande. Die Rechnung für die vermittelten Leistungen stellt der jeweilige Vermieter aus.
2) Rücktritt
Sollten Sie widererwarten von der gebuchten Reise zurücktreten, so bleibt der Anspruch des Vermieters auf Bezahlung des vereinbarten Reisepreises bestehen. Bitte richten Sie Ihre schriftliche Rücktrittserklärung aus organisatorischen Gründen an den FeWo-Channelmanager.de.
Wir empfehlen daher den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskosten-/Abbruchsversicherung. Je nach Datum des Zugangs einer Rücktrittserklärung werden grundsätzlich nachfolgend aufgeführte Sätze in Rechnung gestellt, die auch vom Vermieter akzeptiert werden (evt. Abweichungen finden Sie auf der Buchungsbestätigung):
Gültig für Ferienwohnung/App., Ferienhaus, Bungalow, Einzelzimmer, Doppelzimmer, Mehrbettzimmer, Heubett, Wohnwagen, Sonstiges, Schlafstrandkorb, Mobilheim, Hausboot:
- bis zum 45. Tag vor Anreise 20%
- bis zum 30. Tag vor Anreise 35%
- bis zum 14. Tag vor Anreise 50%
- bis zum 1. Tag vor Anreise 80%
Danach gilt der allgemeine Grundsatz von 90%.
3) Preise / Leistungen
Die im Angebot angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise und schließen alle Nebenkosten ein, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Eventuell fallen vor Ort zusätzliche Kosten an (z.B. Kurbeitrag), fragen Sie bitte beim Vermieter nach.
4) Bezahlung
Nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung wird eine Anzahlung in der Regel von 20%, in Einzelfällen bis zu 30% innerhalb von 10 Tagen fällig, die Restzahlung hat 14 Tage vor Anreise zu erfolgen. Alle Zahlungen (Anzahlung/Restzahlung) erfolgen direkt auf das Konto des Vermieters, welches Ihnen nach Abschluss der Buchung mitgeteilt wird. Bei 14 oder weniger Tagen zwischen Buchung und Anreise ist der gesamte Reisepreis auf das Konto des Vermieters zu zahlen. Bitte sprechen Sie eventuelle abweichende Regelungen bei kurzfristiger Buchung direkt mit dem Vermieter ab.
5) Haftung
Der FeWo-Channelmanager.de steht für die ordnungsgemäße Erbringung seiner Leistung (Vermittlung von Unterkünften) ein. Für die Erbringung der gebuchten Leistungen selbst und eventuelle Mängel der Leistungserbringung haftet ausschließlich der Vermieter.
6) Reklamationen
Soweit Mängel bei der Erbringung der gebuchten Leistung auftreten, sollten Sie sich zunächst an den jeweiligen Vermieter wenden. Sollten Sie mit Ihrem Vermieter zu keiner Einigung kommen, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Fewo-Channelmanager.de. Wir stehen Ihnen gern hilfreich zur Seite.

General booking conditions
Dear guest, we are pleased that you would like to book this accommodation. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully - they are part of the accommodation contract between the landlord and yourself. This property is offered to you by FeWo-Channelmanager.de, who only acts as a broker for the accommodation and possible additional services and acts in authorization of the landlord. A binding contract is made directly between the landlord and the guest.
1) Conclusion of contract
The accommodation contract is concluded by transmission of the booking confirmation. The invoice for the mediated services is issued by the respective landlord.
2) Cancellation
Should you cancel the booked trip against all expectations, the landlord's claim for payment of the agreed travel price remains. For administrative reasons, please send your written cancellation to the FeWo-Channelmanager.de. We therefore recommend the use of a travel cancellation cost / abort insurance. Depending on the date of receipt of a cancellation notice, the following rates will be charged, which are also accepted by the landlord (possible deviations can be found on the booking confirmation):
- When booking a holiday apartment or house or private room, the guest agrees that in the event that he cancels, he shall pay 90% of the package price. Exceptions:
- For cancelations up to 1 day before arrival only 80% of the package price is due.
- For cancelations up to 14 days before arrival only 50% of the package price is due.
- For cancelations up to 30 days before arrival only 35% of the package price is due.
- For cancelations up to 45 days before arrival only 20% of the package price is due.
3) Prices / Services
The prices stated in the offer are final prices and include all additional costs, unless
otherwise specified. Additional costs may be incurred on site (e.g. visitor's tax), please contact the landlord.
4) Payment
After reception of the booking confirmation, a deposit of usually 20%, in individual cases until 30% is due within 10 days, the final payment must be made 14 days before arrival. All Payments ( deposit/final payment) are made directly to the account of the landlord, which you will receive after the booking has been confirmed. In case of 14 or less days between booking and arrival the complete travel price must be paid to the account of the lessor. Please discuss possible deviating regulations for short-term bookings directly with the landlord.
5) Liability
The FeWo-Channelmanager.de is responsible for the proper delivery of its service (procurement of accommodation). The landlord is exclusively liable for the fulfillment of the booked services itself and any shortcomings of the service provided.
6) Complaints
If deficiencies occur in the adduction of the booked service, you should first contact
the respective landlord. If you cannot reach an agreement with your landlord, please contact the Fewo-Channelmanager.de. We are happy to help you.
